01 Who you're dealing with
FRT Transport Inc. (“FRT”, “we”, “us”) trades as Precision Junk Removal. The legal entity is First Responder Transport Inc., a Florida profit corporation, Florida document number P22000064681. We are a mobile operation — we come to you, there is no yard to visit — and you can reach us on (813) 812-3844 seven days a week.
Booking a job, paying a deposit, or letting us start work means you accept these terms. If something here doesn't work for you, call us before you book — most of it is easier to sort out beforehand than after.
02 Quotes and pricing
Every quote is based on what you tell us and, where you send them, your photos. Prices for roll-off cans are fixed by size and include a weight allowance:
| Can size | Price | Weight included |
|---|---|---|
| 10 yard | $425 | ½ ton |
| 15 yard | $465 | 1 ton |
| 17 yard | $495 | 1 ton |
| 20 yard | $550 | 2 tons |
Three things move a price beyond that:
- Weight. Every ton over the included allowance is $95 per ton, charged on the certified landfill scale ticket. We'll send you the ticket.
- Distance. The first 50 miles from Lakeland are included. Between 50 and 85 miles adds $185. Past 85 miles is quoted case by case.
- Time of day. We're open 9 AM to 6 PM, seven days, and we'll come out at any hour. Sundays and bad weather are charged at the standard rate. A call-out outside 9–6 adds $275, and a call-out after midnight adds $399, on top of the job price.
Skid steer work — grading, land clearing, concrete removal, fork and loading work — is quoted per job. Text us a photo and we'll price it.
Quotes hold for 14 days. If what's actually on site is materially different from what was described, we'll tell you the revised price before we load anything, and you can walk away with your deposit returned.
03 Booking and deposit
A 50% deposit of the quoted price reserves your slot on every job. The balance is due when the work is finished. The deposit is what keeps the calendar honest — it's how a booked window stays a booked window.
Your booking is confirmed as soon as the deposit clears, which normally takes under a minute. You'll get a confirmation by text.
Changing or cancelling
- More than 24 hours before your window: reschedule or cancel and the deposit is refunded in full, or held against a future date — your choice.
- Inside 24 hours: we'll always try to move you, but the slot is usually gone by then, so the deposit is retained.
- If we can't make it — breakdown, weather, anything on our side — you get the deposit back in full, or the next available window, whichever you prefer.
If we arrive and can't do the job because we can't get access, the load isn't ready, or the material isn't what was described, that counts as a cancellation inside 24 hours.
04 How to pay
| Method | |
|---|---|
| Zelle Preferred | respondertransport@icloud.com |
| Venmo Preferred | William Disotuar |
| Cash Preferred | On completion |
| Credit & debit cards | By secure payment link |
Those are the only payment details we use. We will never ask you to send money to a different name, email or phone number. If anything you've been given doesn't match this page exactly, stop and call (813) 812-3844 before you send anything.
Zelle, Venmo and cash are our preferred methods — there's nothing to process and the payment is settled the moment you send it. Cards are accepted on every job and cost you nothing extra.
Card payments — how it works
Cards are handled through Jobber, our booking and payment system. The whole point of the link is that your card details go to Jobber's payment processor and never to us:
- We text or email you a secure payment link for the deposit.
- You enter your own card details on Jobber's secure payment page. We never see, handle, write down or store your card number.
- Your card is checked and the deposit is taken straight away. You're emailed a receipt.
- Paying the deposit confirms you're the cardholder, or authorised to use the card, and that you accept these terms.
- Once the job is done and the load is weighed, we send a second link for the balance, including any overage or distance charge, with the scale ticket attached.
We will never ask you to text or email a photo of your card, or read your card number out over the phone. No legitimate contractor needs that, and neither do we. If someone claiming to be us asks for it, it isn't us — hang up and call (813) 812-3844.
The name on the card should match the name on the booking. On larger jobs we may ask to see photo ID at the door before we start — we look at it and hand it straight back. We don't keep a copy, and we don't ask you to send one.
Card payments reach our account in one to two business days. That's our side of it and it never holds your booking up.
05 What we can and can't take
We take household junk, furniture, appliances, yard and storm debris, construction and remodel debris, roofing tear-off, and general clear-outs.
Some things the landfill won't accept and we can't legally haul:
- Paint, solvents, fuel, oil and other liquid chemicals
- Asbestos and anything containing it
- Propane tanks, gas cylinders and other pressurised containers
- Batteries — vehicle or household
- Medical or biological waste, including sharps
- Ammunition, explosives and flares
If prohibited material turns up in a load after collection, we'll let you know and you'll be charged the disposal cost we're charged, at cost.
Not sure about something? Text a photo to (813) 812-3844 before the can arrives. It's a thirty-second answer and it saves everyone a problem.
06 While the can is with you
- Don't overload it. Material must sit level with the top rail. We can't legally haul a can loaded above the rail, and if we have to come back it's a second trip.
- The can is our property. You're responsible for it while it's on your site, including damage beyond fair wear and loss of contents.
- Access. Please keep the drop point clear on the day. If we can't reach it, see the cancellation terms above.
- Surfaces. Roll-off cans are heavy and they are delivered on wheels. We take real care, but driveways — particularly pavers, sealed concrete and asphalt in Florida heat — can mark or crack under that weight. We'll talk through the drop point with you first and we can use boards, but we can't accept liability for surface marking where you've asked us to place the can.
07 Liability
We're insured and we work carefully. If we damage your property through our own negligence, tell us straight away and we'll put it right.
What we can't be responsible for: anything you asked us to remove that turns out to have been wanted — once a load leaves the site it's gone and it can't be retrieved, so please check the load before we go; pre-existing damage; surface marking at a drop point you chose; and delays caused by weather, traffic, breakdown or anything else outside our control.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Florida law that can't be limited by agreement.
08 Your information
We collect only what we need to do the job: your name, phone number, address and what you've asked us to take. We use it to quote, schedule and follow up. We don't sell it and we don't share it with anyone except where we have to, such as a landfill's records.
We don't hold card details. Card payments are handled by Jobber and its payment processor, and their handling is covered by their own privacy terms.
Want your details removed from our records after a job? Call or text and we'll do it.
09 If something goes wrong
Call (813) 812-3844 first, and give us a fair chance to fix it. Most things are a five-minute conversation. If we can't sort it between us, these terms are governed by Florida law and any dispute goes to the courts of Polk County, Florida.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your job is the one published on the date you booked it. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
