01The short answer
Precision Junk Removal clears houses, garages, estates, evictions and storage units across Lakeland, Tampa and the rest of Central Florida. You don't carry anything to the curb. We go inside, load it and broom the spot. Text a few photos and you get a price back, usually inside the hour.
Every job is priced from what you show us, and the price is agreed before anything is loaded. If what is on site turns out to be materially different from the photos, we tell you the revised price first, and you can walk away with your deposit back.
02What we clear
- Estate cleanouts. A whole house of contents, room by room, for families and for the people handling an estate.
- Evictions and move-outs. For landlords and property managers turning a unit around. Polk County's own curbside service will not collect eviction or move-out loads at all.
- Garages and sheds. Years of storage out in one visit.
- Storage units. Emptied so you can stop paying for them.
- Whole houses. Every room, the attic and the yard.
- Commercial clear-outs. Hotels and apartment buildings.
03Junk removal or a dumpster?
They solve different problems, and the cheaper one depends on who is doing the lifting.

04How pricing works
A junk removal price depends on how much there is, how heavy it is, and how far we have to carry it. That is why we price from photos rather than a flat rate that has to guess.
- Send photos of the pile or each room, and say whether it is upstairs.
- You get a fixed price, usually inside the hour. Quotes hold for 14 days.
- A 50% deposit books the window. The balance is due when the work is finished.
- Hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, seven days, and Sundays cost the same as weekdays. A call-out outside 9–6 adds $275 to the job price, and a call-out after midnight adds $399 to the job price.
- Distance. The first 50 miles from Lakeland are included. Between 50 and 85 miles adds $185, which covers Bradenton.
05What the city pickup won't take
Most people call us after finding out what their free curbside service leaves behind.
- Lakeland gives city customers four free bulk collections a year, but not construction debris, contractor waste or renovation materials that needed a permit.
- Polk County will not collect construction debris or eviction and move-out loads.
- Hillsborough County charges $30 to $50 an item for a bulky special pickup.
- Plant City gives each home one free special pickup a year and charges by the load after that.

06What we can't take
The landfills we use turn away hazardous material, and so do we: paint, chemicals, pesticides, motor oil, batteries, gas cylinders and anything with asbestos in it. Tires and electronics have to go separately. Tell us about them when you send the photos so they are priced in.
A fridge or freezer with refrigerant still in it costs more to dispose of than one without, so say if there is one. The full list, county by county, is on what can't go in the can.
